Step 1: Get yourself a planner

Step 4: Remind yourself of your why

Show up for your goals every single day with intention. Your why will be your biggest motivation in achieving your goals. Make decisions on what you desire, not on what you want temporarily now.

Step 5: Take action

Never give up on your dreams because they are taking too long. As detailed as you plan your goals, you can not plan for the unexpected. There will always be bumps in the road to success but you have the power to choose how you react to the things beyond your control. Don’t let little things hold you back, instead use them to take action in a slightly different direction.

Planning goals can be so much fun, check in daily and let your success do the talking. A really effective way of achieving goals is to not tell anyone about them and holding yourself solely accountable. Noise from others can throw you off your path, put you off and create doubts.
